I don't believe its an Add-on or a driver issue, I just recently opened up Blockland and noticed my colors are also messed up.
I believe it may be an update since I haven't recently installed any add-ons (not since RTB went down).
And the reason I believe it can't be a driver issue is that my Laptop's graphics is Intel HD Graphics 3000, and his being a Radeon.

Yeah, OP, this is probably your issue.

Try accessing the game from a neighbouring country and tell us if that helps your situation. I tried playing BL in international waters once and my commodore short circuited.
