So I was on Port's server, and got shot up like 5 times for no reason.
Keep in mind this is a survival server and it's a pain in the ass to be killed and lose all your items you spent 10 minutes gathering.
Well, I ask him if he thinks there should be a no freekill rule, and that's where it all began.

Well he was an ass but you don't go suggesting rules unless you know they're okay with it.

In context of the server, no, there shouldn't be a rule.  Be more careful.

In context of the screenshots, it looks like you may have cut out some of the conversation.  Something tells me you did something to make him mad.

I don't see a problem with a suggesting a rule, as long as it doesn't irritate the Host/Admins. It can actually be helpful at times, such as my no standing on other players rule. It became a problem when I wasn't aware, and someone pointed it out to me.

As for the screenshots, it seems to be slightly cut off somewhere, I can't point out where though. However, keep in mind Device is a complete idiot and I wouldn't be surprised if he got pissed off pretty easily, or abused admin with a blatant ban.

Well, I personally don't like spawning and then seconds later being decimated while having no weapons. Couldn't we get a chance to gather items? Port's server is flawed and I don't particularly like it, to be honest, and Device is a little too forceful of an admin.

i am aware of this issue, and there is infact spawn protection, but frankly it is not that difficult to just stay alive
it may be harsh at first but its truly not that difficult
also i am infact quite harsh
i did ask chromomania what he thought of banning him and he just said okay, but he wasn't really paying attention
i was just basically trying to avoid being TOO harsh
