glitch(?) - Black players / cannot Self Delete

So basically all the players are black on my server, and when I try to Self Delete, I take damage but this happens:

I disabled vehicle gore, thinking that was it, but apparently it's still happening. Any ideas?

I've noticed this happening to a server I joined a long time ago, never figured out the problem.
If its the exact problem I had, it also limitted the amount of bricks you can place to (something around 100).
I would like to know what caused this problem if you figure it out.

I also noticed this glitch happened after I enabled all Default add-ons. (which is why I disabled vehicle gore)

It's apparently fixed now. I left the server offline for about 10 minutes and it's fine now. Weird.
