That would be an 11 hour shift from 6am to 5pm.

This loving schedule is basically a loving 18.5 hour shift with a 7 hour break which I have to reduce time to get ready for work so I'll have even less time to sleep.


7am to 4 is not the issue. Going home at 12am and then going back to work at 7am is the issue.
