So, it's my first fitness test. I'm in the 2nd group of runners out of my grade but I'm looking to improve a little. If you have some tips that you can share not only with me, bug everyone else, please post below! Thanks!

don't walk
no matter what happens

the mile is satan
forget
dont even do it
break your leg
eat a leg
do whatever it takes to get out of it

I'm in track and I have to do that every day
3 things
1. Stretch
2. Don't sprint it
You'll just get tired faster, run at an easy, but quick pace
3. Get in shape first
