I agree that Betelgeuse and Ravencroft should be ban-on-sight users. They've both done nothing but trolling and hacking (raven used BLHack, don't think betel did).

We don't know if Ravencroft is directly part of this though.  I think it is still quite possible trying to stay away from contact, but...
