It depends on what you use it for. If you get banned then its ok to make an alt so you can rejoin the forums. But if you use it to trol people or to sock puppet, then thats bad.

not only is it mean and stupid. But when you get caught, not only will it be embarrassing and you will get a bad reputation for a long time, but its just a waste of money.
