i don't know why but there should be a developer/test mode where you can give yourself any item you want, any stats, and any party member (if that would be possible)

maybe like Mother 3's debug room, or just a separate mode all together

I've written down a few. Suggest better names if you can.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

1. A winner is you! - Complete the entire game.

2. Super Slam - Kill 10 enemies at once with a banhammer.

3. Tool Utilization - Kill Man of Reason with only your hammer.

4. Duplicator Shmuplicator - Kill a duplicator noob before he can make any other noobs.

5. Free of Charge - Kill a nigerian grunt while it's charging at you.

Achievements:
"Holy stuff, we did it guys" - The game booted? IT BOOTED?! Oh. Well good for you.
"An Insult To The Forums" - You tried playing Super Easy? Oh, that's hilarious. Have fun drawing in some Barbie coloring pages. (Reference to IWBTG: Gaiden, where if you pick Normal, it closes and it opens the Barbie site in the browser)
"OK, I Guess" - Beat the game on Easy. Now try Normal for once, will ya?
"Average Blocklander" - Beat the game on Normal. Amazing, you've beaten mediocrity!
"Pretty Rad" - Beat the game on Hard. How long did it take you to do this?
"You're Cheating" - Beat the game on Suicidal. You had to have been cheating. This difficulty's near impossible!
"The Konami Code" - Input the famous code on the title screen. You're not getting 30 lives though.

Assuming there will be difficulties. The 1st and last one are just silly ones.
