Author Topic: Integration – (Hyperware.exe) Computer-based text adventure.  (Read 3748 times)

/*What do you mean by binary scan?  It just returns as 10111010010111.  Do you mean scan source code?  What target?  Those commands do not explain their function or target, and therefore do not mean anything.*/

The computer owner closes his version of hl2.exe.
Integrate hl2.exe code now that it isn't being used, so you can preform basic physics calculations using Source.

Doom, for goodness sakes, just edit your old post instead of getting 3x post chains and use normal English...

Target missing.  Commands discarded.

/*Spam has been detected from logic input client "Doom Mantis".  Quarantining the potential threat.*/

hl2.exe integration begun, disguised as virus scan.

and use normal English...

...How can It get more normal than that? It's Code....

You're not the computer. You're telling SWAT what to tell the computer to do. If you told your friend to buy milk from the store, would you speak in code?

(I thought we WERE the computer...Apparently I am a program)

<Doom Mantis has been Integrated>

Any other programs that are not Integrated in the Local Network?

Also, are we done with hl2.exe? Once we're done with that, we should integrate Chrome or Firefox assuming they're not open, so we can access internet files.

I think the easiest route would get Blockland integrated, then we have access to the forums...

(Integrationception?)

<Doom Mantis has been Quarantined for 12 Hours, 12 Minutes>

hl2.exe has been integrated.  Would you like to copy the program and keep a copy for yourself?

Why would a program want to play hl2? We just need the code to improve our calculation abilities. If that requires that we make a copy, then let's do it. If we don't have to, let's not.

/*The point is that so the owner doesn't find his programs compromised.*/

Found programs:

Google Chrome
Firefox
AOL

Also, Doom, calm down.  This is your first day here and you've already made 110+ posts.

Okay, then make a copy. I mean, we could freak him out by replacing the program with a .txt about how Valve detected piracy and the shortcut will lead there and it would be hilarious but unfortunately programs can't feel laughter.

Let's copy it...

EDIT: Crap, voted in the poll wrong. I didn't realize there was an integration option; if we integrate with tons of programs, we could be a very good tool for society by combining all of their useful programs into one package.

Copying hl2.exe...

Copying done.  The security program detects a problem with the police program, but the police program shuts off, restarts and deletes recent cache of the security program.  This might be a worthy adversary.

Police program? Anyway, perhaps if we try to integrate with a coding program such as Visual Studio, we might be able to integrate with much better efficiency and combine code more smoothly.
