Kong told me he was "migrating" to HammerHost (used CBM before), and set up all the add-ons and everything.
However, Kong123 told me today that he doesn't have time to finish setup for 1-3 days.
Kong123 told me he is sticking with CBMHost, I asked him about the multi-hosting, (it's a violation of service to do that because your using room that someone else could use.) But he made it very clear he's just testing to my knowledge. We should probably talk about this to clear things up, just PM me or something else, when you have the time.
the issue i have with CBM host is that it feels very unprofessionally done. it has a .webs website for christ sake.
I understand, I'm trying to work out a new website that's more professional and has a .com domain. However, since we're not running a business that attempts to sellout people by sparkles, our first priority and always will be first, is to get our clients the assistance, reliability, and speed they need to host their servers. Which we have been providing smoothly for over 1 year. We're not always working on the new website, we always check the stats, ping and usage of the server before anything, and we regularly check-in with our clients.
The website has never stopped our waiting list from growing. We deliver what we showcase. With this new server and with the large influx of clients our focus will be 100% more on the reliability, lag-free and customer support, rather than pretty icing on the cake. As mentioned, I plan for the website to look prettier and more professional later on. However, we want to make sure our clients are taken care-of first.
