There are several things wrong about this post. I'll help you out with this one and tell you what you need to actually not get criticized so much (cause you will be, regardless).
1. List of people working on it. The reason for this is that people want to know who is working on it (obviously). If any substantial person is on this list, you will get more attention. If you don't show a list, it will make people think that you don't have anything done yet (same goes for pictures).
2. Grammar. I can't stress this enough. I know that tons of BLers don't pay attention to it, but when you are trying to pull people in and get people to help you, you need to be more business-like. This doesn't just mean grammar. It can mean a lot of other things as well.
3. No plans. I hate to say it (it's a good idea), but your post doesn't give off the feeling that you've thought about this too much. I would love to help you, but you have no plans set other than: "It will have zones. It will be like Sonic. There will be bosses at the end of each zone." Just saying that it will be "like Sonic" would have been enough info if that was all you had. Try to put together some plans. Ask yourself some questions. Such as: "Which zones should I have? Should I make my own zones? Should I use pre-existing ones?" I could go on and on about questions you should ask yourself, but you get the idea.
