Normally I would take this seriously, but IMO if you're trying to be Irish but you use kilts you deserve to be beaten up.

Anyways the police told the news agency that the fight was based on a "misunderstanding." The implication there is pretty funny even though it probably shouldn't be.

Well to be fair the USSR was a nation of atheists. Even Karl Marx himself said religion was a capitalist tool. So I would assume they are still a majority in the Russian Federation.  So hopefully there wasn't a misunderstanding and people don't pull the homophoic religion card.
