im still wondering where this one metal music video is

it was some animated video of alternate history where the U.S.S.R. finds something in a nuclear test site and uses it to unleash biological bombs onto america which causes a bunch of civilians to turn into zombies and kill others, and it ended with the U.S.S.R. invading and being the 'hero' by killing the zombies and taking over America in it's weak state. And then at the end it showed some realistic-looking lab footage of a human-like body walking around with no head and at the bottom were subtitles like "It doesn't know how to use stairs." and it ended up killing others and it ended.
