I saw this on breaking news when I woke up this morning before 6:00am.  Last night, three people broke into an Auffenberg dealer in O'Fallon, IL.  They made off with a '11 Chevrolet Camaro convertible, '13 Dodge Charger, and a '13 Kia Optima.  They took the paper dealer plates from inside.

That's not odd where I live. A security agency was broken into once and they took many firearms AND the firearm PORTING papers.

somebody stole one of the wheels of a car at a dealership near me

you live in argentina, anything is worth stealing
Because the taxes are high enough, stealing a box of pens will give you a meal. A box of 12 Bic pens costs $30 Ars. You can get a coke and a sandwich for that. I've heard in other countries people complain for 7%-12% taxes. 21% Motherforgeters!
