As someone who has a little brother who has autism, I mean it when I call you autistic.

If it was legal, I would honestly push him off the side of a bridge. The disdain I have for him is un-explainable, mostly just because he is so ass-over-backwards stupid that just having to live with him hurts. He's the kind of person who thinks that Russia and China are like our sworn enemies and the communist party is the exact opposite of the democratic government, or he'll be a major hypocrite by saying I shouldn't drive my car because it's bad for the environment, then takes a 2 hour long shower.

So maybe I speak for myself, but when I call someone autistic I'm comparing them to the one person I can safely say I 100% detest, and would be perfectly content with never seeing, let alone having to deal with

Autism is a word, and like many words, it has a definition. Like many words with definitions, they are used frequently in sentences. Like these sentences for example, they contain many words some of which you may not be familiar with.
