My bet is that the hosting company rebooted the servers and the website came online. Ephi probably had a few months of hosting pre-paid. Someone go tell Ephi.

Mmm as nice as the RTB backups are it's annoying having to trawl through just names and figure out what you want. Be good if one of them had at least the descriptions linked to them again!
