Blind Musician from Samurai Champloo- not only is this badass chick one of the greatest assassins in all of japan, she also uses a giant yumi and SPOILER:she would have actually bested Mugen, but instead decides to allow herself to be struck by him after realizing her contractors have killed her baby. damn
Aunt Chiho from Akira- I forgot her name, but god damn- this aunt is the most badass aunt ever. She's built like a forgetin tank and casually swings around a light machine gun when she's mowing down goons.
Evey Hammond from V for Vendetta- even though she spends most of the comic being kinda dumb, only after being in a fake prison for a month does she break free and become a badass SPOILER: besides, she becomes the new V at the end of the novel. that's forgetin rad
