As a suggestion, you should make decals next for full outfits.

Yeah, except I'm not sure how I'd go about making Senketsu and Junketsu; I mean, Ryuko's navel is my main concern, as I'm not sure how I'd be able to implement it in one of two ways -- making the uniform itself transparent, or vice versa, leaving the navel transparent.

I'm sure the second option would look ugly, though.

Leaving the navel transparent would make more sense.

If you put colors near the corners i think the whole blockhead gets painted, so you can force that color

Well the hair kind of curves rather than covering the entire top of the head if you understand what I mean

I am pretty sure that's deliberate in order to make the hair look more feminine. But yeah, I can see what you mean since the default faces also cover whole head. But I don't really find that an issue.
