I'd rather use a featherweight modular OS like Arch Linux than Windows 8.1, but there'd be incompatibilities all over the place.

is it legal if I give you all a download for it? I took it off of a vm awhile ago

I... don't think so.

omg
windows XP had pinball
;----;
The pinball was removed because the code had a collision error which would make the ball go off the screen and Maxis had lost the source code. http://blogs.msdn.com/b/oldnewthing/archive/2012/12/18/10378851.aspx

What do they mean support is ending, you can't get help with it, no more updates? I have a computer running XP that's not completely useless, infact I'm using it to host something ATM.
I think it also means no more updates to fix bugs etc. They just won't support it in any way anymore.

i know my sister's going to be upset, she clung to windows xp for as long as she possibly could back when she needed a new computer.

i didnt really like it
wftf how old are you?

I still adore Windows98 and Windows 2000.

I saw your thread. Windows98 on an emulator just isn't the same. Who knows what model PSU Compaq Deskpro 1999 uses? I burned the original one and my PC's PSU didn't seem to work on it.

Windows95 was my first OS.

Windows XP is still a copyrighted product of Microsoft.

I don't know people give a stuff about XP anymore.

AFAIK, Microsoft only released MS-DOS to the public.

WinXP is one of the most stable Windows versions.
