Companies are not a personal daycare

people are going to have love regardless of contraception, so wouldnt it make more sense to keep unwanted pregnancies out of the question by having companies supply contraception?
I didn't say anything about insurance companies paying for contraceptive???

are you seriously this dumb? go back the entire conversation again
Companies are not a personal daycare
i, as a business, shouldnt have to pay for workers, they should just work for free
im not a daycare so i shouldnt look out for them at all >:(

minimum wage workers have a good income now? didnt realize we were living in the 1960's
yeah and those companies with record profits while people are literally starving because they dont have enough money to feed them or their kids isnt selfish at all

Link me one Hobby Lobby female employee in starvation and with unexpected pregnancies

Again, those people would less likely be in your less dire hypothetical situation IF THEY AVOIDED HAVING KIDS THEMSELVES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY HAVE SUBSIDIZED CONTRACEPTIVES OR NOT

You yourself can prevent a pregnancy!

You yourself can even terminate one!

Just be prepared for some level of responsibility when having love! Its not that hard!

Don't force businesses to make up for your screwups!

Yeah businesses aren't always the most honest and they are selfish at times, but

Oh my Odin

Businesses do already have some pragmatic interest in looking out for workers. Stop acting like its 1862. Just don't expect them to be your mother.

Arguably, love as a natural, healthy function would be covered under healthcare. It should be in-fact.

Its still sketch to require an employer to cover that IMO

Its cool I guess if the employee actually subsidized the Viagra cost themselves but idk

I don't have to read a conversation to know that I wasn't arguing about insurance paying for contraceptive, lol

i shouldnt even have to
common sense and numerous news outlets says that minimum wage workers arent well off
if the company provided contraception there wouldnt be a pregnancy in the first place

love IS GOING TO HAPPEN REGARDLESS, COMMON SENSE SAYS THEY SHOULD JUST AVOID HAVING KIDS ALL TOGETHER BY USING THE INSURANCE SUPPLIED CONTRACEPTION
(caps for you to read easier)

Yeah a few dollars out of pocket for some condoms and birth control at the free clinic totally don't exist. If you can't get even that between a consenting couple, you shouldn't risk a child.

i guess that makes sense, ill go sit in a corner and think about this
while i agree with you, the original argument was about the ceo pushing his beliefs into the company and the workers and tbh i dont know how it got here ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
i still think night fox is dumb, though

hm

on topic: while i disagree with the ceos views and actions entirely i think its dumb to boycott firefox because of it
stepping down was the right idea, though, while MY view of mozilla wouldnt change other people's would

So its not ok to dislike something?

I don't agree with the guy but I can dog that he dosn't give a forget.
Go to Internet Explorer where you don't even know who runs the show because they are hidden behind 20 PR guys to lie for them.

Why is it OK for gay marriage supporters to be heard by the world but not ok to hear from the other side.

Because people are literally sheep thats why

Their list of things that are "not okay" only get bigger and more ridiculous

what are you even saying? I never said anything about the insurance company providing contraceptive. I didn't say that they shouldn't or that they should. you just brought it up out of nowhere. just like you brought up "enforcing" something out of nowhere. all I've said is that an insurance company shouldn't have to pay for an abortion if you choose to have love without using anything to prevent pregnancy
i still think night fox is dumb, though

what happens when you cant pay for it?? while i agree its dumb to have unprotected love if you dont have the intention of having a kid, that won't change the fact that people are dumb and will anyway. insurance is just that, insurance
