let the little kids stick to singleplayer and LAN parties

I do not, however, believe anyone of that age group has any place on the forums.

technically there are a lot of rules about children under 13 on a forum or anything like that

I think they should be allowed to play, but they need to learn their place in the community and not butt in into conversations and stuff that they have no business in, like the drama board.
