Author Topic: Strange problem when building  (Read 1107 times)

I have been working on a new lego city, as well as a map request that I'm not allowed to talk about yet, but I have been having some problems building on my city map. I had to shrink it in Quark, and resize it to 16 16 16 in game, but I'm not sure that would cause the problem.

Whenever I try to plant certain bricks (such as the vehicle brick) on the map, it gives me the error "stuck" or "float." Instead I have to plant another brick (such as the 2X4) and then put the brick I want over it. If I try to place the problem bricks on the terrain, they spawn, but are somewhat submerged. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Scaling interiors tends to upset blockland lots. I'd suggest making the interior in several peices, however this need precise placement of each peice. Submerged bricks in the terrain is a fairly uncommon error, i find it  in certain maps.
