How on earth do I add mods?

Um, yeah so... How do I add mods? I have trying going to the add-on file then opening the there but it always say "failed to open main.cs" and then "failed to initialize game, shutting down". So yeah, little help please.

Err... main.cs is a super-important game file.

If it's forgeted up, your game is screwed.
Reinstall Blockland, then we'll get to the original problem.

Did you make the sacrifice to Badspot? If not thats why they don't work.

Allright! I the blockland file then reinstalled blockland! Now what do I do to add-mods?

Now I need not only help in adding mods, but it would be nice to have a step by step guide from download to instal. Im using a windows XP laptop if that changes anything. 1st person to give me a guide that works gets a  .
