So I'm on my elementary OS laptop, but there's a problem with the computer itself.
The keyboard will push random buttons or not work at all, and the mouse is hard at recognizing things. I'll put a full keylist here with actual results.
A = a
B = b
C = doesn't work
D = d
E = doesn't work
F = doesn't work
G = g
H = doesn't work
I = i8
J = j
K = k
L = l
M = doesn't work
N = n
O = o9
P = ;p
Q = doesn't work
R = doesn't work
S = s
T = t5
U = doesn't work
V = doesn't work
W = xw
X = xw
Y = j
Z = doesn't work
1 = doesn't work
2 = doesn't work
3 = d
4 = doesn't work
5 = g
6 = doesn't work

8 = i8
9 = o9
0 =\ -0
- = -0
= = =
Left Shift = a
Caps Lock = doesn't work
Tab = doesn't work
Right Shift = doesn't work
Enter = works
Backspace = appears to make a key but deletes it afterwards
[ & ] = [ ]
\ = but does something weird with scrolling
; = ;p
' = doesn't work
, = ,
. = .
/ = /
Left Ctrl = doesn't work
Fn = works

Left Alt = acts like enter key twice
Right Alt = doesn't work
Right Click key = works
Right Ctrl = works

Num * = doesn't work
Num - = doesn't work
Num + = doesn't work
Num Enter = works
Num . = doesn't work
Num 0 = doesn't work
Num 1 = doesn't work
Num 2 = doesn't work
Num 3 = doesn't work
Num 4 = doesn't work
Num 5 = doesn't work
Num 6 = doesn't work
Num 7 = doesn't work
Num 8 = doesn't work
Num 9 = doesn't work
I'm not bothering to test the upper/function keys.
The mouse can either not work, work, or require too much pressure. My father told me it was a low battery, but I dont' know.
What's a easy way to fix these things? If there is no easy way, should I just take it to a local PC shop? There's one right next door to me.
Anyways, help BL tech.
