I feel as if I misrepresented dsa in my initial pitch:

it's post ww2 alternate history

usa surrenders to axis, russians invade through alaska into the west coast (japan is richarding around in china)

support is then torn between communist, fascist, and democratic sympathizers

the government is dissolved following the surrender by order of der fuhrer, completely destabilizing the country and successfully eliminating the former threat to the reich

players must attempt to reunite the dissolving country to hopefully regain its independence from the axis occupiers--or perhaps it will come to support them and eliminate the ussr?

while players are rping, germany and russia will still come to blows, and players may even steal some of their hardware in an attempt to better themselves or try to get comfortable with the two powers to try and gain some of their support
