Mexico proposes a quadruple military alliance between Colombia, Chile, Brazil, and itself. This military alliance would share all military technology and take part in join-training exercises. If any one of these countries is attacked, then the other three would come to it's aid. Mexico will willingly help these other three countries will military build-up and industrialization. Standardized weapons, magazines, military organization, and a combined command would be part of the military alliance. Aside from these three countries, any other South American country that feels it is being threatened may join.
However, by ourselves we may not be able to defend South America, we need assistance from our brothers up north, the great United States of America. We hope that in it's infinite wisdom, the USA will aid us in resisting foreign intervention and invasion on our American soil
Colombia, Chile, and Brazil, do you accept?
United States, will you assist us in keeping the Monroe Doctrine valid in this age of blatant American expansionism?
