Well yeah it's mono sound.

You don't get it.  This used to have broken stereo, and all the audio was in the right ear.  I haven't checked since then, but it sounds like he fixed it to be mono.

Edit: By the way, it does not seem this problem has been fixed.

Anyway, I have fixed RarwMuffinz's errors - spaces in filename changed to underscores, removed left channel due to it being empty and then made it mono:
Papers,_Please.ogg (44100Hz, 148 KB)
Papers,_Please_Long.ogg (22050Hz, 697 KB)
Papers,_Please_Long.ogg (44100Hz, 830 KB)

(and probably commas, too, I'm not sure)

Commas seem to work fine.

That's because the "loops" are done every kind of wrong.  I went more into detail earlier in the thread.
