The 2000-2999 IDs are sold on a third party website. It's some site that bought a thousand keys (presumably for a discounted price) and now sells them at retail price. You can still buy them and get a brand new, 2k ID, but most of the people who do that are friends who act like hot stuff because they have a lower ID and it makes it look like they're a veteran player. I'm sure you don't want to do that.Huh, nevermind, I thought you were talking about how the key was really old.
