Duplorcator preference problem.

Since I don't have the fancy server administration GUI anymore, (that I believe came with RTB? not sure) how do I go about changing the preferences on something like the Duplorcator. ex: allowing players, brick limits.

Or is there any other Administration GUI out there that will help me manage the server, auto-admins, items, etc.

If you set admin only to 0, that means everyone can use it, but if you set it to 1 for some reason, no-one can use it.
