Blur's City Project - 4/13/14 -

hopefully I made someone happy today by changing the city name

Over the past months and weeks, I've been lately working on a new project with my friends. I wanted to experiment by allowing anyone to build on the city that thinks they can contribute good builds; and technically speaking, it worked. Credit goes to anyone who helped. I also wanted to go for a western European style since it hasn't been done before (or that I'm not aware of). If you want easier access to the screenshots rather than endlessly scrolling downwards, an imgur album is available here. I will not update on this topic much, since I will only update it when a huge section of the build is finished. Once again, I bring you the glory of port's soft shaders and page-stretch.

On Topic: I really like your build. Glad to see it has even parts interior and exterior.
The attention to detail is fantastic. Id love to see this in-game.

But I don't hate this, I don't! It's a great build and I admire the skill put into it.
It was just that name. It undermined everything I liked in it.

Now, I cant ensure that changing the towns name will make anybody but me happy. But if you really care about your build's image, I
would drop the name like an ugly baby.

I like the attention paid to the industrial areas. Most of the industrial areas in builds are just big boxy warehouses.
