I was trying to join servers after installing DAprogs RTB thing, and this error keeps popping up.

Open your blockland folder and move cache.db somewhere else. If it now works, delete the old cache.db file.

Does it matter were I move the cache to?

No... just get it out of the blockland folder. You could also just delete it right away.
