This has been happening to me every time I try to access downloads from Drop Box

have you gotten the latest certificates from CAs? pretty sure they'd download automatically for most browsers though (either via the browser or via a package manager or whatever)
if you have, it could be that dropbox's certificate got revoked or your browser/PM refuses to accept certificates from certain CAs
could also have been that it got revoked for all the heartbleed stuff that's been happening recently

… i'm sure there are other things that could've gone wrong but those are some

Yeah, what Night Fox said. I had this problem before, and I just replaced a dead CMOS battery, which was what caused my time to reset to the default 01.01.2004, causing the invalid certificate.
