Author Topic: Opinions on Bronies?  (Read 9854 times)

bunch of loving weirdos who are most likely gay

the people who think they're holy crusaders against fandom's are usually more annoying than the fandom itself

only if the fandom is contained

I think bronies are somewhat strange for liking a little girls' show.  The adults who like it are just beyond help.  However, if I found someone was a brony, I wouldn't care unless they preach it and try to force fandom on people.  And if they do that, I'll just walk away.

The only IRL brony I've ever known was severely autistic and got expelled from my school for threatening me and my friends with a knife for disliking the show, and writing #brony on walls throughout the entire building. Many lols were had but he's a loving psychopath.

In general, I am okay with pretty much every fandom as long as people don't shove it down others' throats.

imo the brony fandom is kids trying to bandwagon, feminine guys, girls, and some people who simply like the show.

The only IRL brony I know in high school is chill and he doesn't shove it in our faces. I like him.

The whole school is bent on a male-homophobic path so the only expressive bronies are the pegasisters.

You know, I'm not a brony, but does anyone else think it's bullstuff that girls can do whatever guys do and it's socially acceptable (jobs, clothing, games/TV/movie interests), but not vice versa? Nobody cares if a girl works as a blacksmith, wears jeans (and other traditionally masculine clothing), and plays Call of Duty, but if a guy works a sower, wears dresses, and watches My Little Pony, everyone stuffs their pants.

I could go on all day about gender equality and how girls are more privileged than guys but I'm sure you don't want to hear that.

bronies, whovians, sherlocks, they're all the same- a loud minority

theres a couple bronies in my class. and im not gonna say anything about them other than they just have that typical awkward brony vibe. i mean i wont say they're weird or anything since i dont personally know them, but you can definitely look at them and be like "oh yeah, they watch mlp i bet"

but one of them did bring his stuffed pony collection to class once, i kinda thought that was a little overboard but yknow, whatever floats ur boat

Ok for girls, weird for guys.

People can like whatever they want as long as they don't try to force it on me.
The bronies that push it in your face would do the same thing with any other fandom, it's not really the mlp that's the problem it's the people.

Woman calls out men for their stupidity = Comedy
Man calls out women for their stupidity = Misogyny

holy loving lol, that guy deserves to be locked up in an asylum.

on another topic I do not know of any bronies in my school. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
