I got a new vps called DigitalOcean and have a droplet/domain and Im wondering how to make it so that I can host a blockland server with it.

Well, when I checked the domain it said it was Ubuntu 14.04 x64. I personally have Windows 8.1. Am I still supposed to do these instructions?

You use those instructions while controlling the linux machine.
