Avatar glitch?

Im trying to change my avatar to this: and it will just change my avatar to my old avatar, an RTB skull.
Ive tried this with other avatars, and when i change it to them, the same thing happens.

for me its an rtb skull
i guess this is a bug only im having because i still see it as a skull and ive cleared my cache already :(

I remover this problem. It has to be an EXACT size. Can't remember what though...

You have to remember that sometimes the server doesn't change it right way for some people.
