Cortana
Just saying that for you windows phone users, cortana is here! Well, sort of. It's not yet available as a worldwide, public update, but here is how you can get it from any country:
Setup
1) Unlock your phone as a Developers AccountEasily done, you just install a program, click a button and bam, yer registered. Info here:

You may need 2 updates, one for easier updating to 8.1 and one for the 8.1 preview itself. Took me nearly an hour, so be patient
4) Set your phone to US settingsIf you are in the US, Cortana should be available right away. If you are not in the US, it will not be there. Cortana will still function perfectly well in other countries, so don't worry about it only bringing up US related results (such as not finding foreign addresses). Here's what to do:
4.1) Update speechGo to Settings > Speech and change the "Speech Language" to English (United States)
You may get a 66MB update and may need to restart
4.2) Update languageGo to Settings > Language and move English (United States) to the top by holding down on it and selecting "move up" until it's at the top, or uninstall all other languages
4.3) Update regionGo to Settings > Region and change the region to the United States and set that language to English (United States)
5) Open cortanaBoom, cortana is available
