I think the 'nifty' factor of this browser isn't really enough to make serious developers make their websites support this.

Like, if you look at the iPhone, it has a nifty interface that also provides easy access to everything, which is why people develop their websites to work well with that device. It's both functional and attractive, but mostly functional.
