I got one of those before wasn't from CBM, but I got something similar from a woman claiming she thinks she found "The one and that we can make it work". I later found out that there was a whole topic on some forum where a bunch of people got the same message.

I actually am less than 10% white South African, and actually there are a couple of very nice developed cities such as Cape Town, Joahnnesburg, Durban, etc. Each metro city in SA has excellent parts. Mauritius, and Namibia aren't so bad either.

I'll agree they're doing a lot better after the Rwanda Genocide, but they still have terrible poverty rates.

What kind of qualifier is this? I hate when people talk about their ethnic backgrounds that are pretty much non existant.

Also if you were to compare South Africa to pretty much any modern westernized country it would come out quite far behind.
