Author Topic: Help out a great music artist and a fellow Blocklander!  (Read 1969 times)

Hey guys, BubbaGum here
Today I'm here to tell you about the music of Ecks, or as we know him, Beachbum/Monocle
Anyways, this dude makes some great remixes and music and right now he has the opportunity of a lifetime to play at a great music festival where he'll be able to show off his musical abilities, and get discovered by people who didnt even know he existed before
I was not told to post this or anything, but I really want to help him out. This has been his dream for a while and he definitely deserves to win.
heres a link to his stuff : https://soundcloud.com/martinsaurusrex
Now, to help him out, you can vote for him at http://www.springawakeningfestival.com/contest/view?entry_id=1027
All you have to do is enter your email and then, very important next step, VERIFY that email.
Pretty easy stuff and you can support a great musical genius and a fellow Blocklander.
Thanks y'all

There's a few more mixes on there. I don't release too much music since I've had issues of people stealing it and claiming their own. PM me your email and I can send you a few more mixes.

Like that monday that took your "Doing It Right" remix and added a weird siren and released it as their own song. Did that ever get taken down?

Yup. And he was fined like 5k for using ASCAP protected content and reselling it. No idea if Universal pressed charges for using Daft Punks sample, but I don't think so.
