You can only mute non admins
At the top of the script you can change it to how long the mute time is.

I wrote everything from scratch. I'm pretty sure nothing will conflict with votekick. (99% sure) Although I havn't tested it out.

The only sort of muting I can tolerate is client-sided muting. It just seems uncalled for to mute someone regardless of anything.
