my dad kind of dubbed me catcarol back when i played an old mmo on his computer when i was really little (city of heroes). i was totally obsessed with cats and my name is carol so hence "catcarol." as i got older i decided that carolcat flowed better so i started using that more. since then i've started adding goofy extensions to it like carolcat.pdf or carolcat.vsq just to spice things up a lil bit.

though i've kinda shifted over to using "dcb-z" or "deceb-z" for most of my stuff (mainly dcb-z, the deceb is only really used when i need something that isn't a string of consonants), mainly because it doesn't reveal my name and sounds better imo. those came from some old oc i made back in 2010 or so but she was my main one so the name kinda stuck.
