Is there a way I can do all of this stuff?

I would like to do multiple things. For fun. Please tell me if there is a console command for the following-
-Changing the name above a players head
-Changing a vehicle without unmounting a player
-Create a static shape
-Mount a light to a vehicle

However, if your vehicle has extra unused slots, I'm sure you could stick them where you want the lights, and mount an invisible player.
