What? That is a new update!

I have an Arwing mod, but this remake is absolutely beautiful. I wonder, if it might legitimately have cvs. That would be awesome. Also you could do 3 variants: Standard, Dual Lasers, Hyper Lasers

Oh gawd Filipe, you are making my day already.

It could be since the super plane from super kart has it. The only purpose is for color combinations.

Would it be possible to use a function key to make the wings actuate to and from All Range Mode?

There is no point in that because Blockland doesn't have maps with an "on-rail" system like Star Fox when it's not on all-range mode.

Damn.

OT: You never fail to surprise me filipe! Great work!

Maybe there is a way of eventing, like with the train mod, to accomplish this. IDK. Activating All-Range mode and Normal mode would be cool.

"on rail" means the vehicle is limited to follow a certain path not that it's literaly on rails lol

yeah ik filipe. but isn't there anyway through eventing or something?

No.

cmon filipe just event some new vehicle physics how hard could it be

OOOOOOOO BAYBEEEEEEEE

We need blinkers [which are easy with cyclic animations; according to Teneksi (I will test this out later on)], Nitrous?, Animated Speedometers and actual engine sounds.
Well, it's fairly easy to do blinkers in a way that would be possible, but may result in single frames of sketchiness

It looks like--

now, I still need to actually finish and export an animation before I say this for sure, BUT

it LOOKS like I found out how to change the interpolation on an animation. The choices are bezier (default), linear, and constant. Constant means that one frame of the animation snaps to the next.

In short: I can make an animation of many frames (i.e. emergency lights) where the lights turn on and off at precise times, with no overlapping or weird visible scaling.

IF it works as well as I THINK it does -- again, I still need to test this -- signal lights will be a piece of cake

Did you map them with the brick movement keys like the other lights things you've done?

??

If you read carefully, you'll note that I haven't implemented anything yet.

But, yeah, it'll be easy to make signal lights controlled by brick controls. I'm thinking rotate left / rotate right. Is that 7 and 9 by default?

I guess shift left and shift right (which I know to be 4 and 6) makes more sense, but I already put sirens on those... Maybe I'll reconfigure.

BY THE WAY, what's the best way to let people know about the vehicle's extra function? Clearly, having it described in a topic and on that little computer that can only be read with free-look in first person was not enough. But I also feel reluctant about having a little "did you know??" chat message appear the first time you get in (the way height control did). I don't want them to get annoying, but it's also stuff I want people to know about.
