Author Topic: Big storm brewing in the south  (Read 3068 times)

The weather people believe it's going to be a massive storm with tornadoes involved. Because of this prediction, we've been dismissed two hours early. Plus there are massive dark clouds in the distance, and the air is hot and humid, so the weather people may be correct in their prediction.

So by tomorrow, my home may be completely destroyed, along with my city, or it may be a little flooded, or it will be just rain and thunder and that's it.

Have any of you people ever seen a tornado up close?

No. It was raining pretty hard a few days ago though.

Saw a funnel cloud once before it touched down

Storm in the south? Nothing we can't handle.

2011 was scary

Indeed.

If I don't post a comment tomorrow, my power may be out, my house may be decimated, or I just don't feel like posting.

Storms down south? Ye buddy come at me ya 'nader I'll shoot ye with ma daddy's 12 gauge!

But seriously, this is bad because the nearest tornado alarm is miles away, we never hear them before its too late. Luckily we are in a very hilly area.

I'm in oklahoma so you can imagine what's gonna happen here.
Na but really down here (at least in the part that I live) it won't be that bad.

this is bad because the nearest tornado alarm is miles away, we never hear them before its too late. Unuckily we are in a flat-ish area
oklahoma is a bad place for storms
