Help Making Sounds

Ive been wanting to make sounds for awhile, especially for a friend. Ive gotten far but I cant seem to get it. Can someone give me a full in-depth tutorial on making sounds for blockland. Step by Step. if you do ill be so grateful.

Step 1: Find a sound you like, and download it if possible. Maybe browse for no reason.

Step 2: Change the extension to .wav

Music is .OGG

Convert the sound file to .OGG, then you have to script it as a sound (Not hard, it's copy and pasting like 8 lines and changing a few names). Package it (put it in a zip) and then enable it as Sound_Blah or Music_Blah

Sound files for Blockland are .WAV Music files are .OGG

YOU NEED:
.wave file
Description.txt (its description)
Namecheck.txt (so blockland knows what its called)
RTBinfo.txt
And server.cs

Go to any sound add-on in your blockland folder to see what is in each file

Ive tried all of that, still nothing. Maybe ill just stick with making music looks. Thanks for the help anyway. Locking.
