Author Topic: Camera spinning uncontrollably?  (Read 2774 times)

Alright, so I just started blockland up after a long time of not playing, and whenever I join a server (single-player, multi) my character faces directly up, and spins fast. I cannot stop the problem from occurring by interfering with my mouse/keyboard.
Any ideas?

EDIT: Thanks to Trogtor, here is the fix if you are having it happen to you.
Rightclick desktop > Screen Resolution > "Make text and other items larger or smaller" > Set it to "Smaller - %100 (Default)"

This fixed it for me and plenty others.

(Plus anything bigger than default just looks weird.)

Please let me know if this worked or didn't work too.

Those have about as strong a correlation as the amount of stuff produced by an elephant and the amount of bad self-referential similes on a forum for a game about plastic bricks.

I suppose if it works, it works.

What direction are you spinning in? Left or right?
I think you could try turnright

Think worked for me, thanks!

Nobody is really sure how or why this happens, but I happen to be the first person to figure out how to fix it.

Even badspot asked me how to fix it which i thought was pretty funny

The best thing to do is just keep your font size to small unless you're 60 years old in which you don't need to be playing blockland anyways.

what?
It's a big fancy way of saying that the fix makes no sense but it could work.
