Author Topic: Best fast food place ever?  (Read 4663 times)

That's weird, because - and while this still isn't saying much - Subway's ingredients are a tad higher quality than any of the other three.
It's not the quality of the ingredients.
It's the smell of the bread.

It's just sweet and sickly and is truly revolting to me.
And by the nature of the place, whatever you're buying has that bread. (All types of bread have the smell).

I have to try quite hard to not gag when going near Subway.

(And I've a friend who works at my local one who tells me that the hygiene quality in there really isn't very good, but that may just be relevant to my particular branch. And I'm sure hygiene isn't the greatest at other fast food chains)

Captain D

Captain D's

Long John Silver's

I'm detecting a pattern.

It's just sweet and sickly and is truly revolting to me.
Have you tried it...?

Captain D's

Long John Silver's
Yeah I realized that the first time we ate there

Has anyone heard of Captain D's? It's like Long John Silver's
Captain D's is 10x better than LJS. I once went to a LJS and the floors were a mess, service poor, and there were roaches on the high chairs.

That place is closed now. It would have been poetic justice if a Captain D's had been put in its place.

why not just open up a seafood restaurant called "C in the V's"? We're halfway there.

I haven't been to a Long John Silver's in forever!
best fast food ever

Captain D's is Christian run like Chick-Fil-A i think. Its a good place and I live right next to one. Everyone is so nice there.

Jimmy Johns is where you want to go for subs
i tried jimmy johns before
it's horrible

Have you tried it...?
Yes. And I've not been keen.
I was made pretty sick from it.

And frankly, I've had nicer bread when I've purchased a loaf from a shop, or a pre-packed sandwich.

Something important to consider is that you can't judge an entire company based on one visit to one of their restaurants, as each one is usually run differently.

Like my family went to a Carl's Jr. and got the suckiest service and food ever, but I've heard other people say that it's amazing.

Just depends on the location and stuff.

(also i love subway so i don't know what dooble's deal is maybe he got the runt of the litter)

DQ, Taco Bell, Subway

best

Die
the bread is hard and the food costs too much
also the chips ESPECIALLY THE CHIPS really suck

Reson, you just reminded me.

We actually get terrible service here at all fast food places.
The only one any good is our one Burger King.
Whereas our two KFC's regularly fail to provide you with what you ordered, as do the two McDonalds'.
And I've had reasonably similar quality to orders at branches in other parts of the country.

But I think there's something about where I live. Fast Food is just loving terrible for service as a whole.
I live in a sea-side tourist area, yet I've been to multiple Fish-and-Chip shops where they've managed to run out of everything, from Sausages, to pies, to Fish and Chips, all at ridiculous times, 6pm.
What the forget?
How can you even consider being a fast food restaurant if you run out of the main thing you sell when you've just opened?!

Add on the fact that apparantly no one in this county can either listen nor count.
