Registering as love offender is a bad thing. You can't be a teacher, police officer, doctor, fireman, or hold office. Every time you move to new house you have to inform the local police department where you live. Also many employers probably won't hire him.

However I have my doubts since he is still considered a child by law. Also was he arrested, taken to jail, then to court where an expert proved that he had the mind of an adult and the prosecution gave enough evidence to the jury to convince that he was guilty enough to be charged as an adult?

so sending a richard picture to someone means that you're a love offender
what

Well that fact that he put a photo of his snake on the internet and also the fact that he is under 18 means that he gave out child research. Even though he took the photo of himself and put up there, he can still be charged for the crime. It can also be considered indecency if the prosecution can prove it. However the goal of charging a child is not to punish them, but to correct the problem so that it is not a problem later when they are adults. All crimes commited after 18 are meant to punish and remove dangerous people from society.
