Hosting Service

Okay so we all know Blockland has been pretty empty of a good hosting service since RTB was shutdown, I was thinking of buying a server just like the one RTB had so I would be able to host again, and figured I could make a service out of it to help pay the bill.

Right now I don't know if i'm going to do it or not, but I am looking around for someone with the technical skills to do what needs to be done, here are a list of things I would need someone for:

• Someone who knows their way around Web Design and Security for a website/panel.
• Scripting everything that needs to be done for the server to communicate with the panel.
• Tech Support.
• And just generally someone who knows how to set this stuff up on a datacenter because I do not know how this works.

Keep in mind I am not doing this for profit so most likely all the money we make would be going toward the service.

With the server priceing and all I doubt I could afford so. I am already going to be paying a lot for this simply because I would like to see blockland with another quality service. If I do it wouldn't be much since i'm alteady going to take a big risk with the cost of a server.

Well I was planning to give a free server to anyone that helps me. Kind of implied you get one if you create/manage the service.

Don't you have servers? I recall you offering servers to Diggy back in the old days, he just never gave them to you because he didn't trust you with the mod or something along those lines. I'd love to see a hosting service from you, you've got a website already too- so it'd tie together just perfectly.

People asking about would they be paid, the answer is probably not. Chances are we wont make enough money to where we are profitable. I don't know, it all depends.
