Right, well, I'm done. I think it's a combination of him being legitimately handicapped and immature and the fact that he enjoys an entire community hating his loving guts. I think he's actually as dumb as he looks, but is also trolling at the same time because he can't formulate a legitimate excuse.
In other words, it's not a normal troll, which is a normal user who tries to look handicapped for a reaction. It's a handicapped user who decides to look MORE handicapped because he's too dumb to know what else to do.
